ISO 15189 Training

Training in the requirements of DSTU EN ISO 15189:2017 and NAAU allows to eliminate gaps in the knowledge of laboratory personnel in various aspects of QMS, to obtain examples of documents of the quality management system, to teach laboratory management modern methods of implementing a highly developed and scientific-based quality system, methods of assessing personnel competence, reports for assessing laboratory methods, organization of internal and external quality control processes, organization of internal audits.

If a laboratory aspires to be acknowledged as an organization that meets the global quality standards, it shall meet a set of requirements outlined in this standard, including ISO 15189 to enhance the qualifications of personnel. Achieving compliance within the quality system allows for step-by-step progress towards the compliance with the requirements of ISO 15189 and the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine.

Informational and practical seminars in line with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO 15189:2017 as part of continuous professional development (CPD) measures assist in maintaining or enhancing the level of professional competence of medical and pharmaceutical professionals with the assignment of CPD points earned through testing after completion of training.
